  • two follow up 1:1 sessions with guidance for your home-based corrective movement plan, aimed at shifting you towards more optimal patterns aimed at gaining strength, range of motion & feeling better

  • instruction using therapy ball tools to help you mobilize your body tissues

  • instructional videos to help you review and practice

  • 2 weeks access to me for Q + A via electronic messages.
