Working with me as your Coach is a side-by-side partnership looking forward to what is possible. My guidance will help you to better self-assess specifics of your situation with a new lens. We will create new awareness and insight into all areas of your lifestyle, using a multi-pronged approach.

I will help you create your path to shift into the changes you seek, while we prioritize your individual needs and circumstances - with confidence and not judgment. With me as your partner for direction, accountability, and open-minded discussions; you will more clearly see the present, make small moves in the right direction, and make adjustments along the way. Any lifestyle and behavior change is naturally uncomfortable which is why so many people fail. Having a solid Coach by your side as a guide and partner, elevates your self-awareness to help you move with strength and confidence towards your health goals.

You will receive therapy ball tools and have access to instructional videos to help you mobilize your body tissues. Our follow up sessions will entail individualized guidance for your home-based plan aimed at shifting your movement patterns to strengthen, improve range of motion, and feel better.
